Terms and Conditions for 95ph Players

1. General

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to your access and use of the 95ph website and all associated services, including games, sports betting, live casino, deposits, withdrawals, and the 95ph mobile app. The platform is operated under the brand 95ph and is directed exclusively at players located in the Philippines.

3. Account Registration and Management

You may only hold one account on 95ph. Registering multiple accounts – whether in your own name or using different personal details – is a violation of these Terms. Accounts found to be duplicates may be closed without notice, and any balance associated with a duplicate account may be forfeited.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other details requested. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any OTP (one-time password) codes sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login details with any other person.

If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify 95ph support immediately at [email protected]. We will take reasonable steps to assist, but 95ph cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from your failure to protect your account details.

3.3 Account Closure

You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting support . We will process your request and confirm closure within a reasonable timeframe. Any remaining balance in your account at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to our standard verification requirements.

95ph also reserves the right to close or suspend any account that is found to be in violation of these Terms, without prior notice in cases involving fraud, abuse, or suspected illegal activity.

4. Deposits

All deposits on 95ph are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). We support deposits via GCash, Maya, and Philippine online/mobile banking and bank transfers. The minimum and maximum deposit amounts per transaction are displayed on the Deposit page and may be updated from time to time.

Deposits are generally credited to your account promptly after confirmation from the payment provider. 95ph is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing times, or connectivity issues on the player's end.

You must only deposit funds from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may trigger a withdrawal hold pending identity verification. Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit methods on 95ph.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in PHP to your registered GCash, Maya, or Philippine bank account. Withdrawals will only be processed to an account that matches the name on your 95ph profile. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.

Processing times vary depending on the withdrawal channel and the time of your request. Withdrawals of bonus funds may be subject to additional wagering or turnover conditions that will be communicated as part of the specific promotion. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds without meeting applicable conditions may result in the bonus portion being removed from the withdrawal amount.

6. Game Rules and Betting

All games available on 95ph – including slots, live casino, fish games, sports betting, and eBingo – are governed by individual game rules provided within each game or betting interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific rules of a game, the game-specific rules apply to that game.

Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or live game mechanics, as applicable. 95ph does not manipulate game outcomes. Any technical malfunction that affects a game round may render that round void at 95ph's discretion, and stakes will be returned to the player.
